剖宫产术中子宫动脉游离结扎治疗严重产后出血的临床应用

【目的】探讨子宫动脉游离结扎在治疗剖宫产术中严重产后出血的临床应用价值。【方法】回顾性分析本院2009年10月至2011年10月住院剖宫产的92例难治性产后出血行子宫动脉游离结扎术患者的临床资料。【结果】本组91例抢救成功，有效止血，保留了孕妇子宫及生育功能，且术后未发生严重并发症，成功率达98．91％；仅1例因生殖器畸形结扎无效，仍有出血，切除子宫后转外院。【结论】子宫动脉游离结扎是治疗严重产后出血的有效方法之一。

Clinical Application of Uterine Artery Ligation in Cesarean Section for Severe Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective] To explore the clinical value of uterine artery ligation in cesarean section for the treatment of severe postpartum hemorrhage. Methods]Clinical data of 92 patients with refractory postpartum hemorrhage undergoing uterine artery ligation in cesarean section from Oct. 2009 to Oct. 2011 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results] In all patients, 91 patients were rescued successfully, and the bleed- ing was stopped effectively, and the uterus and reproductive function were retained. No severe complication occurred after surgery. The successful rate was 98.91%. Only one patient had bleeding after the ligation due to genital malformation, and then transferred to other hospital after hysterectomy. Conclusion] Uterine arter- y ligation is one of effective methods for the treatment of severe postpartum hemorrhage.
