摘    要:[目的]探讨内皮祖细胞(Endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)治疗对糖尿痛心肌病大鼠血糖、胰岛素抵抗及血脂生化水平的影响.[方法]腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿痛心肌病大鼠模型,实验组静脉注射EPCs给予治疗,测定各组大鼠左心室收缩压、左室舒张末压和心脏重量指数以及空腹血糖血浆胰岛素总胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素氮、肌酐胰岛素样生长因子含量.[结果]与模型组相比,EPCs治疗组空腹血糖值及胰岛素抵抗均有所下降,血脂生化水平也有所降低,与模型组比较存在显著性差异(P <0.05).[结论]EPCs可有效降低糖尿病心肌病大鼠空腹血糖和胰岛素抵抗,改善糖脂代谢紊乱.

Effect of EPCs on Glycolipid Metabolism and Insulin Resistant in Diabetic Cardiomyopathy ofRats

Abstract:[Objective]To explore the effect of EPCs(endothelial progenitor cells) on blood glucose, insu- lin resistance and blood lipid in diabetic cardiomyopathy of rats. [Methods] Experimental rat model was estab- lished by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. The treatment group was given EPCs. Left ventricle sys- tolic pressure( LVSP), left ventrieular end=diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and heart weight index(HWI) were measured. Fasting blood glucose and plasma insulin levels were detected by glucose oxidase method and radio- immunoassay, respectively. Plasma concentrations of total cholesterol, triglycerides, urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr) were determined with enzyme method and serum insulin-like growth factor I(IGF-1) was detec- ted by ELISA. [Results] Compared with model group, fasting blood glucose, insulin resistance and blood-lipid biochemical indexes in EPCs group decreased, and there were significantly differences between two groups. [Conclusion] EPCs can decrease fasting blood glucose and insulin resistance, and improve glucose and lipid metabolism disorders.
