大通道联合微通道经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗复杂性肾结石

[目的]探讨大通道联合微通道经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效及安全性.[方法]自2007年4月至2011年9月采用大通道联合微通道经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗复杂性肾结石460例520侧.[结果]平均手术时间90 min,结石处理时间72 min,结石清除率86.4％;162例189侧需建立微通道处理残余结石.随诊1～3个月,无严重手术并发症.[结论]大通道联合微通道经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗复杂性肾结石高效、安全、结石清除率高.

Observation on the Efficacy of Large Channel Combined with Microchannel Percutaneous Nephrolithot-omy for the Treatment of Complex Renal Calculi

[Objective] To explore the efficacy and safety of large channel combined with microchannel per- cutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of complex renal calculi. [Methods] Totally 460 patients with complex renal calculi（520 sides） underwent large channel combined with microchannel percutaneous nephro- lithotomy from April 2007 to Sep. 2011. [Results] The mean operation time was 90min, and the time of stone clearance was 72min. The stone clearance rate was 86.4~. About 162 patients（189 sides） needed to set up the microchannel for clearing the retained calculi. During 1~3 months of follow up, no severe complication oc- curred. [Conclusion]Large channel combined with microchannel percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treat- ment if complex calculi is efficacious and safe, and has high stone clearance rate.
