中西医结合治疗慢性黄疸型乙型肝炎的临床观察及中药对肝功能转归的影响

目的 探讨中西医结合在慢性黄疸型乙型肝炎治疗中的临床疗效及对肝功能转归的影响.方法 将我院收治的112例慢性黄疸型乙型肝炎患者按照分层随机分组法分为2组.对照组45例,给予常规西医治疗;观察组67例,在此基础上给予自拟疫毒蹯肝汤.观察两组患者的临床疗效及肝功能转归情况.结果 观察组HBV-DNA转阴率71.6%,临床总有效率为91.0%;对照组HBV-DNA转阴率44.4%,临床总有效率为66.7%.两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.观察组胆红素血清水平及肝功能改善情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 中西医结合能显著提高慢性黄疸型乙型肝炎的临床疗效,降低血清胆红素水平及促进肝功能转归.

Clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in the treatment of chronic jaundice hepatitis B and the impact on liver function

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in the treatment of chronic jaundice hepatitis B and the impact on liver function. Methods According to a stratified randomization method, 112 patients with chronic jaundice hepatitis B treated in our hospital were divided into 2 groups. Control group was treated with conventional western medicine ; observation group was given Yidu Fangan Soup on the basis of treatment in control group. The clinical efficacy and the outcome of liver function were observed. Results The HBV-DNA negative rate of observation group and control group were 71.6% and 44. 4% ,and the total effective rate were 91.0% and 66. 7% respectively, there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The serum level of biliruhin and the improvement of liver function in observation group were significantly better than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Integrative medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy on jaundice hepatitis B, decrease the serum level of bilirubin and promote liver function.
