亲情护理对初患糖尿病患者依从性的影响

目的探讨亲情护理对初患糖尿病患者依从性的影响。方法将2010年9月—2011年2月80例初次住院糖尿病患者设为对照组,给予糖尿病常规护理;对2011年3月—2011年8月80例初次住院糖尿病患者设为观察组,在常规护理的基础上给予亲情护理,设计患者依从性调查表进行问卷调查,对结果进行比较。结果与对照组比较,采取亲情护理后的患者更能了解疾病相关知识,自觉地配合检查、治疗、护理,治疗依从性提高,自我保健能力增强,提高了治疗效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亲情护理可以更好地与患者沟通交流,建立了护患间零距离关系,有利于提高糖尿病患者依从性,使糖尿病患者更好地掌握自我护理相关知识,促进疾病早日康复。

INFLUENCE OF THE FAMILY CARE ON THE COMPLIANCE OF PATIENTS WITH EARLY DIABETES

Objective To observe the impact of family care on the compliance of patients with early diabe- tes. Methods Totally 80 cases initial hospital patients with diabetes were set to a control group and given conventional diabetes care from September 2010 to February 2011, another 80 cases of initial hospital pa- tients with diabetes were set to the observation group and given family care on the basis of routine care from March 2011 to August 2011. All subjects received questionnaire survey by questionnaire of patient compli- ance, and the results were compared. Results Compared with the control group, to take family care pa- tients showed a better understanding of the disease- related knowledge; took consciously cooperate with the inspection, treatment, care; whose treatment compliance and self- care ability were more improved, patients outcomes were better. All the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The family care can better communicate with patients exchanges, up close relationship between nurses and patients, help to improve compliance in patients with diabetes, better grasp the self- care knowledge, pro- mote the speedy recovery of the disease.
