糖皮质激素治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期患者血清IL-18、IL-33水平的变化及临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨糖皮质激素治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期血清IL-18和IL-33水平的变化.方法 采用ELISA对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者(观察组)糖皮质激素治疗前后IL-18、IL-33水平进行检测,并与正常人群(对照组)对比.结果 观察组IL-18、IL-33水平均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05).糖皮质激素治疗后,观察组IL-18、IL-33水平降低(P〈0.05);治疗6、12个月后,IL-18、IL-33水平低于治疗3个月后(P〈0.05),治疗6、12个月后比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论 糖皮质激素是治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的主要方法,其治疗作用可能与下调血清IL-18、IL-33水平有关,可以将检测血清IL-18、IL-33水平作为疗效评价的指标之一.

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes in the levels of serum IL-18 and IL-33 in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma by glucocorticoids. Methods The ELISA was used to detect IL-18 and IL-33 before and after glucocorticoids treatment for acute attack of bronchial asthma patients( observation group) ,and compared with normal population (control group ). Results The IL-18 and IL-33 levels in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group( P 〈 0. 05 ). After glucocorticoid treatment,the IL-18 and IL-33 levels in observation group significantly decreased(P 〈 0. 05) ;the IL-18 and IL-33 levels at 6 months and 12 months after treatment were significantly lower than that at 3 months after treatment( P 〈 0. 05 ), but no significant difference was found between the levels at 6 months and 12 months after treatment( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Glucocorticoid is the main treatment measure for acute attack of bronchial asthma, and the therapeutic effect may be related to down-regulation on serum IL-18 and IL-33 levels. Serum IL-18 and IL-33 level can be detected as one of the indicators to evaluate the clinical effect
