联合应用微生态制剂与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对肠易激综合征的临床疗效观察

目的 分析并评价联合应用微生态制剂与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对肠易激综合征的临床疗效.方法 将我院2009年6月至2011年9月收治的肠易激综合征患者86例,按照随机分组原则分为观察组与对照组,各43例.观察组给予微生态制剂及氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片;对照组仅给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片.连续治疗4 周为1个疗程.结果 经治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（93.0% vs.79.1%,P＜0.05）.两组均未见不良反应发生.结论 联合应用微生态制剂与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗肠易激综合征临床疗效良好,不良反应发生率低,值得在临床上推广应用.

Clinical efficacy of probiotics with flupentixol melitracen on irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To analyze and evaluate the efficacy of probiotics with flupentixol melitracen on irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 86 cases of patients with irritable bowel syndrome in our hospital from June 2009 to September 2011 were randomized into observation group and control group. Observation group （n = 43 ）was given probiotics and flupentixol melitracen tablets ; control group （ n = 43 ） was only given flupentixol melitracen tablets with continuous treatment for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（93.0% vs. 79. 1% ,P 〈 0. 05 ） ,there was no adverse reaction of the two groups. Conclusion The combined application of probiotics with flupentixol melitracen in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome has a satisfactory clinical efficacy, and basically fewer adverse reactions, it is worthy of widely using in clinic.
