加味桂枝葛根汤配合牵引治疗颈椎病的临床应用

目的 观察加味桂枝葛根汤配合牵引治疗颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 将我院确诊为颈椎病的80例患者随机分为2组.治疗组（40例）采用加味桂枝葛根汤配合牵引治疗,对照组（40例）采用常规牵引治疗.观察两组临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率优于对照组（92.5% vs.77.5%,P〈0.05）,所有患者均未出现不良反应及并发症.结论 加味桂枝葛根汤配合牵引治疗颈椎病,疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床上推广应用.

Clinical application of modified guizhi gegen soup combined with traction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis

Objective To observe the effect of modified guizhi gegen soup combined with traction treatment for cervical disease. Methods 80 patients diagnosed cervical spondylosis in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group（ n = 40 ）was given modified guizhi gegen soup with traction therapy;control group was treated with conventional traction therapy. The efficacy was observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group（92. 5% vs. 77.5% ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. No adverse reaction and complication were found in the two groups. Conclusion Modified guizhi gegen soup combined with traction has good effect on cervical disease,it is safe, reliable and worthy of clinical application.
