腹腔镜治疗肝囊肿49例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗肝囊肿的适应症及手术方法.方法回顾性分析我院2007年10月至2009年10月应用腹腔镜治疗肝囊肿49例临床病例资料.结果 49例患者手术全部成功.11例合并胆囊结石者行腹腔镜联合手术.无1例中转开腹.术中失血2～15mL,平均为4mL.手术时间为25～65min,平均为43.5min,术后住院时间为3～6d,平均为4.5d.均无并发症发生.近期随访肝囊肿无复发.结论腹腔镜治疗肝囊肿具有明显的微创性及安全、有效,其适应症的掌握是关键.

Clinical Study on Laparoscopic Treatment in Hepatic Cyst with a Report of 49 Cases

Objective To investigate the indications and operative mode of laparoscopic treatment in hepatic cyst.Methods 49 cases of hepatic cysts were treated with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from Octobrt 2007 to Octobrt 2009.The clinical data of the 49 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the cases received operations successfully,11 cases combined with cholecystolithiasis also received laparoseopic cholecystectomy,and patient was converted to open surgery.The intraoperative blood loss was 2～15 mL （mean 4 mL）,the operation time was 25～65 min （mean 43.5 min）,and the hospital stay after operation was 3～6 d （mean 4.5 d）.All the patients were recovered and discharged from hospita1 without complications,no patient emerged hepatic cyst recurrence in following up.Conclusions Laparoscopic treatment for hepatic cyst has the advantages of minor invasion and safety,efficacy,and it is critical to select the operation indications.
