| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年重型颅脑损伤的诊断和治疗。方法 回顾我科治疗 6 8例老年重型颅脑损伤的临床资料。结果 本组手术治疗 48例 ,非手术治疗 2 0例 ,存活 46例 ,存活率 6 7 6 %。结论 老年重型颅脑损伤的伤情严重、变化快 ,早期诊断、早期治疗、早期预防和治疗各种并发症 ,对提高生存率非常重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore diagnosis and management of severe head trauma in senile.Methods 68 patients with senile severe head trauma,who admitted to our department were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 68 cases,48 cases underwent surgical treatment,20 cases recieved no-operation.46 cases are survived,the survival rate is 67.6%.Conclusion The severe craniocerebral injury in senile are critical and changeable,early diagnosis and treat disease,early prevent and treat all kinds of complication are the key to improve the survial rate of patients. |
