无痛人工流产术与女性生殖健康

目的探讨无痛人工流产术对女性生殖健康的影响。方法分析无痛人工流产术(观察组)及普通人工流产术(对照组)患者临床资料,并随访观察其并发症。结果对照组排卵期和黄体极盛期子宫内膜厚度显著高于观察组(P<0.05),内膜形态显著优于观察组(P<0.05),两组早卵泡期内膜厚度和形态比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛人工流产术远期并发症高于普通人工流产术,对于意外怀孕者需选择合理的方法终止妊娠。

Painless induced abortion and women~ reproductive health

Objective To study the influence of painless induced abortion on women＇s reproductive health. Methods The data of patients under painless induced abortion as observation group and others under ordinary induced abortion as control group were analysis and their complications were observed and compared. Results The endometrial thickness of ovulatory period and of corpus luteum period in control group were significantly higher than those of observation group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The endometrial morphous of control group was better than that of observation group（P 〈0. 05）. There was no significent difference of endometrial thickness and endometrial morphology in early follicular phase between two groups （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The incidence of long - term complications in painless induced abortion is higher than ordinary induced abortion, those who are unplanned pregnant should select reasonable method to end pregnancy.
