手术室压疮防范记录表在心胸外科手术压疮防范中的应用

目的探讨重庆医科大学附属第一医院（以下简称“我院”）自制的手术室压疮防范记录表在心胸外科手术压疮防范中的作用。方法选取我院心胸外科患者380例，分为两组：使用表格组（A组）和未使用表格组（B组），每组190例，其中，平卧位90例，侧卧位100例。记录两组患者术后压疮发生情况。结果A组患者术后发生压疮1例，平卧位发生压疮0例，侧卧位发生压疮1例；B组患者术后发生压疮8例，平卧位发生压疮1例，侧卧位发生压疮7例；B组患者压疮发生率高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），尤其B组在侧卧位时较A组更易发生压疮。结论使用手术室压疮防范记录表可有效降低心胸外科手术压疮的发生率，尤其可降低侧卧位手术的压疮发生率。

Application of the pressure ulcer prevention record in prevention of pres-sure ulcer in the cardiothoracic surgery operation

Objective To analyze the application of pressure ulcer prevention record in prevention of pressure ulcer in the cardiothoracic surgery operation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University （＂our hospital＂ for short）. Methods 380 patients in Cardio-Thoracic Surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups： group A and group B, each group had 190 cases. Patients in group A were used the record, and patients in group B were not used the record. 90 cases were in horizontal position, while 100 cases were in lateral position in each group. The pressure ulcer incidence in both groups was analyzed after operation. Results 1 patient developed pressure ulcer in group A and who were in lateral position, while 8 patients were suffered from pressure ulcer in group B, and 1 case was in horizontal position, 7 cases were in lateral position. The pressure ulcer incidence in group A was lower than that in group B, especially in lateral position （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Use of pressure ulcer prevention record may reduce pressure ulcer incidence of patients underwent eardiothoracic surgery oneration effectively, especially in lateral position.
