综合护理干预对喉癌患者术后康复的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对喉癌患者术后康复情况的影响。方法选择2010年1月～2012年12月收入沈阳医学院奉天医院耳鼻喉科并实施喉癌手术的患者共50例作为研究对像，并将其随机分成干预组和对照组，每组各25例，对照组采用常规护理方法，干预组在常规护理的基础上实施综合护理干预。比较两组患者术后生存质量，不适及并发症情况。结果两组患者术后不适及并发症情况比较，干预组患者术后睡眠障碍、颈部疼痛或不适、肺部感染、误吸、饮食呛咳及负性情绪发生率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者术后出血并发症发生率相比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；护理干预后两组患者生存质量比较，干预组患者术后身体状况、社会／家庭情况、认知、情感、社会功能及生存质量改善程度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预能有效减少喉癌患者术后不适及并发症的发生，缓解患者负性情绪，提高其生活质量。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the postoperative reha-bilitation of patients with laryngeal cancer

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laryngeal cancer. Methods 50 patients with laryngeal surgery in the ENT Department of the Fengtian Hospital Affiliated to Shenyang Medical College from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group were given con-ventional nursing intervention, while the intervention group were given comprehensive nursing intervention in addition. Post- operative quality of life, discomfort and complications in the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative discomfort and complications in the two groups were compared, sleep disorders, neck pain or discomfort, lung infections, aspiration and diet choking and negative emotions were significantly lower in the intervention group compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The differences of incidence rate of postoperative bleeding between the two groups were not statistically significantly （P 〉 0.05）. The quality of life after nursing intervention was compared, physical status, social or family situation, cognitive, emotional and social function and quality of life improvement in the intervention group were significantly higher than which in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative discomfort and complications of laryngeal cancer patients, relieve negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
