瑞舒伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察瑞舒伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT—proBNP)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平及心功能的影响。方法将86例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,均予常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组加服瑞舒伐他汀钙.10mg/次,每天1次,疗程8周。治疗前后测定左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD),血浆NT-proB—NP、CRP水平。结果治疗后治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.70%、69.77%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗后两组心功能指标LVEF明显升高,LVEDD明显下降,血浆NT—proBNP、CRP水平均明显下降(P〈0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀能降低血浆NT—proBNP、CRP水平,治疗慢性心力衰竭效果确切,无明显不良反应。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Rosuvastatin for the level of precursor plasma N-terminal brain natriuretic pep-tide (NT-proBNP), C-reactive protein (CRP) level and heart function in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 86 pa-tients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both groups were given con-ventional anti heart failure treatment, the treatment group added with Rosuvastatin Calcium, 10 mg/d, for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, left ventrieular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), plasma NT-proBNP and CRP levels were determined. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 90.70%, 69.77% respectively, which of treatment group was better than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). After treatment, in both groups, the cardiac function index of LVEF was markedly increased and LVEDD was significantly decreased, plasma NT-proBNP and CRP levels were both significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Rosuvastatin can reduce the level of plasma NT-proBNP and CRP, the treatment effect of which for chronic heart failure is exact, and it has no obvious adverse re-actions.
