人参皂甙单体Rb_1对豚鼠心肌细胞ICa~(2+)电流阻滞作用的研究

摘    要:研究人参单体Rb1对ICa2+电流的影响。采用全细胞电压钳技术记录了豚鼠心室肌细胞ICa2+电流,绘出了电流—电压关系曲线。在保持电压-50mV时,阶跃命令在一50~+60mV,0mV时电流最大。并发现Rb1对ICa2+电流有明显的阻滞作用。而且在100μmol/L,200μmol/L,300μmol/L,400μmol/L范围时有剂量依赖关系。

Abstract:In order to research the effect of Rb 1 on ICa 2+ ,we studied the ginsenoside monomer Rb 1 on whole cell ICa 2+ blockade in ventricular myocytes of guinea pig using patch clamp.ICa 2+ was recorded in ventricular myocytes and a curve of current-voltage relationships of Ica 2+ was drawn.At hold-50 mV ,command -50 mV to +60 mV ,the peak current of ICa 2+ was o mV of command.The result indicated that Rb 1 being in from 100 μmol/L to 400 μmol/L.
