| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨针刺对中风后抑郁症的治疗作用。方法 治疗组 31例针刺选穴以督脉经穴为主 ;对照组 31例予以口服百忧解。以哈密顿抑郁量表 (HMAD)对患者的抑郁程度及改善状况进行评定 ,并将疗效作对比。结果 治疗组患者抑郁症状明显改善 ,与对照组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;治疗组治愈 7例 (2 3 33% ) ,显效 9例 (30 0 0 % ) ,无效 4例 (13 33% ) ,总有效率(86 6 7% )。结论 针刺对中风后抑郁症作用显著

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of treatment of post stroke depression with acupuncture. Methods Thirty one cases with post stroke depression as the treatment group were treated with needling the acu points on Du Meridian. Other 31 cases as the control group were treated with Baiyoujie. The Hamilton Depression Scale (HMAD) wasusedtomeasurethedepressivedegreeandimprovementofthecases.Thecurativeeffectsofacupuncturewerecompared. Results Thedepressivestateofthecasesinthetreatmentgroupwereimprovedobviously.Therewasnoremarkabledif ferencebetweentwogroups(P >0 0 5 ).Inthetreatmentgrouptherewere 7casescured(2 3 33%), 9improved markedlyand 4failedtorespond.Thetotaleffectiveratewas 86 6 7%.Conclusion Theacupuncturetreatmenthadno tableeffectontheimprovementofthepost strokedepression. |
