| 摘 要： | 目的:研究Fas相关磷酸酯酶-1(FAP-1)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移和患者年龄的关系。方法:SP法检测正常乳腺组织、乳腺癌及乳腺良性肿瘤组织中FAP-1蛋白的表达水平。结果:FAP-1蛋白在正常乳腺组织中未见表达,在良性肿瘤中的表达率为26%,在交界性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤中的阳性表达率分别为69%和80%;FAP-1蛋白的表达与乳腺癌的临床分期、病理分级和淋巴结转移状况有关,而与年龄无关。结论:FAP-1在乳腺癌组织中广泛表达,可能成为判断乳腺癌恶变程度及预后的重要指标。
