耳内窥镜下自体脂肪鼓膜修补术临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨耳内窥镜下自体脂肪鼓膜修补术的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析20例(26耳)显微镜下行颞肌筋膜鼓膜修补术(显微镜组)及20例(23耳)耳内窥镜下行脂肪鼓膜修补术(耳内窥镜组)患者的临床资料,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果显微镜组和耳内窥镜组鼓膜穿孔愈合率分别为92.31%和91.30%,无统计学意义(P〉0.05);言语频率气导听阈分别为(12.6±4.8)和(14.1±7.1)dB,分别较术前听力提高(8.7±4.5)和(8.9±5.0)dB,2组术后平均听力提高水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论耳内窥镜下自体脂肪鼓膜修补术是一种简单、安全、有效的方法,具有无手术切口、并发症少、节省费用等优点。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application of otoendoscopic myringoplasty with autogenous adipose tissue.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the data of 20 cases(26 ears)of microscopic myringoplasty with temporalis fascia and 20 cases(23 ears)of otoendoscopic myringoplasty with autogenous adipose tissue by comparing the effectiveness of the two groups.Results The total healing rates of tympanic perforation in two groups were 92.31% and 91.30%,respectively.This Was not significantly different between two groups(P>0.05).Speech-frequency hearing threshold in two groups were(12.64±4.8)and(14.14±7.1)dB,respectively.The hearing capability increased by(8.7 4±4.5)and(8.94±5.0)dB postoperatively.The increment in hearing capabil togenous adipose tissue iS a simple,safe and usefuI technique.which can provide some advantages.including ab seflce of surgicaJ incision,less complications and low cost.Otoendoscopic myringoplasty is a simple and minimally invasive technique for treating tympanic membrane perforations.
