家庭内多位成员同时烧伤的特点及治疗

目的分析家庭内多位成员同时烧伤的临床特点、总结治疗经验。方法15起事故中18家47例家庭内多位成员同时烧伤病人,伤后早期给予微创性创面摩擦术,后期行皮肤移植术。结果47例病人中放弃治疗3例,死亡9例,治愈35例。结论家庭内多位成员同时烧伤病情严重,早期磨痂术及后期皮肤移植有利于创面愈合。

Treatment of burn casualties injuried at one time in same family

Objective To analyze reprospectively the treatment of burn casualties injuried at one time in same family, so as to provide reference for clinical application in the treatment of burn casualties injuried at one time in same family.Methods Forty-seven casualties from eighteen families burned at one time in fifteen accidents were enrolled in the study,Thirty-one casualties were treated with dermabrasion early postburn and eleven casualties were treated with skin graftting for nineteen times in following time. Results Among forty-seven burn casualties from eighteen families,thirty-five casualties survied, and nine casualties died.Conclusion The rate of burn casualties injuried at one time in same family was lower, It might be useful for burn casualties that treated with dermabrasion early postburn and with skin graftting in following time.
