| 摘 要： | 为了观察康艾注射液联合CHOP方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的疗效及毒副反应,将32例NHL患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用康艾注射液联合CHOP方案化疗,对照组单用CHOP方案化疗,治疗前后评价两组患者的疗效和毒副反应。治疗组有效率为85.0%,对照组有效率为58.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组的毒副反应明显低于对照组,P<0.05。初步研究结果提示,康艾注射液联合CHOP方案化疗治疗NHL有明显的增效和减毒作用。

| Abstract: | This study was to observe the therapy effect and side-effect of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)treated by Kangai injection and CHOP combined chemotherapy.Thirty-two cases of NHL patients were randomized into a treatment group and control group.The patients of the treatment group were treated by Kangai injection and CHOP combined chemotherapy.Those of the control group were treated by CHOP combined chemotherpy only.The curative effect and side-effect were evaluated before and after the treatment.The effective rate of a treatment group(85.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(58.3%),P<0.05.The side-effect of treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.In conclusion,Kangai injection combined with CHOP chemotherapy has the more effect and little side-effect. |
