| 摘 要： | 目的：应用纤维支气管镜对老年人呼吸道疾病作出早期诊断和治疗。方法：按一般纤维支气管镜检查常规，检查喉部和气管，支气管，根据需要进行钳取，刷检，穿刺抽吸，灌洗或在电视下钳取，刷取和刮取。结果：纤维支气管镜检查诊断为肺癌最多３７７例，其次为慢性支气管炎３３０例，喉炎１５６例，喉良性肿瘤１４９例，喉癌１３６例，声带麻痹１０４例。结论：纤维支气管镜检查是发现老年人喉，气管，支气管病变的重要和有效的方法，也

| Abstract: | Objective: Fiberoptic bronchoscopy was applied to elder patients with respiratory system diseases in order to make early diagnosis and treatment Methods: To use routine fiberoptic bronchoscopy to observe patient's larynx, trachea, bronchus and then take a biopsy Results: In 1408 cases that received fiberoptic bronchoscopic examination, bronchogenic carcinoma was found in 377, chronic bronchitis was found in 330, laryngitis was found in 156, neoplasm of larynx was found in 149, vocal cord palsy was found in 104 62 of 1408 cases failed to demonstrate any lesion bronchoscopically Conclusion: Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is an important and effective means of detecting laryngeal and tracheobronchial lesions in aged patients, and is an important method of diagnosing bronchogenic carcinoma |
