| 摘 要： | 报告粘膜皮肤淋巴结综合征（ＭＣＬＳ）２３８例。除主要临床特征外，急性期血液呈高粘滞、高凝聚、低血色素贫血。其严重并发症为冠状动脉损害，超声心动图显示冠状动脉扩张１４５例（６０．９２％），冠状动脉瘤３８例（１５．９６％），冠状动脉血栓４例（１．６８％），心肌梗塞２例（０．８４％）。应用超声心动图诊断，随访研究ＭＣＬＳ所致冠状动脉损害在临床上具有应用推广价值。

| Abstract: | cases of patients with mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome(MCLS) were reported. The data showed that these patients had some important clinical features and that the blood of patients with MCLS in acute period was hyperviscosity,hypercoagulable,and hypochrosis.The severe complication was involvement of coronary artery.Using echocardiography in diagnosing the involvement of coronary artery,we found that 145 cases(60.92%) with dilatation of coronary artery, 38 cases(15.96%) with coronary artery aneurysm,4 cases(1.68%) with coronary artery thrombosis,2 cases(0.84%) with myocardial infarction.We think that using the echocardiography diagnosis and long-term follow-up study the involvement of coronary artery caused by MCLS is a simple,safe and valuable method, and recommend for further wide use clinically. |
