| 摘 要： | 胃肠肿瘤骨髓微转移是肿瘤早期远处转移的直接证据，对于预测复发、指导辅助治疗以及研究转移细胞的生物学行为都具有重要的实用价值。本文综述了胃肠肿瘤骨髓微转移的检测与临床预后的关系及其生物学特性。

| Abstract: | Bone marrow micrometastasis of gastrointestinal tumor is the direct evidence of early distant metastasis,and is of practical value in predicting recurrence,guiding accessary therapy and studying the biological behavior of metastatic cells.The dectection of bone marrow micrometastasis of gastrointestinal tumor,its relationship with prognosis and the biological characteristics were reviewed. |
