| 摘 要： | 目的总结甘肃省2008年麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)强化免疫活动,评价麻疹强化免疫活动效果。方法对MV强化免疫现场调查资料进行综合分析。结果甘肃省2008年MV强化免疫共接种4 415 374人,报告接种率95%;零剂次免疫儿童主要分布在8～12月龄婴儿中。免疫后抗体阳转率达到100%;抗体几何平均滴度检测(GMT)免后为7 998.34,免疫成功率达99.04%。结论甘肃省2008年MV强化免疫后麻疹发病显著降低;但某些地区常规免疫服务质量如不能明显加强,需考虑4～5年后开展MV后续免疫。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of measles supplementary immunization in Gansui Province and find out a way to eliminate measles. Methods Comprehensively analysis of the information from field investigation.Result Totally 4415374 targeted children were injected,reported coverage were over 95%,children with no immunization certificates and zero dose immunization were among 8-12 months infants.The seroconversion rate,the GMT and successful rate of immunization are 100%,7998.34 and 99.04%.Conclusions Measles cases decreased remarkably after measles supplementary immunization in Gansu Province;follow-up campaign after 4-5 years should be considered if routine coverage could not improve in some special regions. |
