| 摘 要： | 目的做好辖区食品卫生监管,保障餐饮消费安全。方法总结、分析安徽铁路地区食品安全专项整治的组织、措施、结果。结果存在3个问题,找出5个原因,提出5项对策。结论几年来,在上海铁路局领导下,安徽铁路的餐饮消费安全取得显著效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the food hygiene inspection and management in Anhui railway area and ensure food safety.Methods They are summarized and analyzed of the organization,measures and results of food safety special rectification in Anhui railway area.Results There were three problems.Five reasons were found.Five countermeasures were proposed.Conclusions In recent years,under the leadership of Shanghai Railway Administration,the effect of food safety was obvious in Anhui railway area. |
