| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对冠心病康复的作用。方法将100例冠心病患者随机分为心理干预组和对照组,两组均常规药物治疗及临床处理,心理干预组加心理治疗。结果与对照组相比心理干预组心绞痛发作、心律失常发生、心肌缺血改善、血脂四项、再住院率均有显著差异。结论心理干预对于缓解冠心病的临床症状有效,值得在社区推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the rehabilitation of psychological intervention on the role of coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into 2 groups：psychological intervention and control groups,both groups of onventional drug therapy and clinical treatment,psychological intervention group psychotherapy.Results compared with the control group psychological intervention group angina pectoris,arrhythmias,myocardial ischemia improved blood ester 5,re-hospitalization rates were significantly different.Conclusion mitigation of psychological intervention on pre-clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease effectively,it is worth promoting in the community. |
