2006-2009年大连市金州区居民伤害死因分析

目的了解金州区居民的伤害死亡情况,为制定相关政策、评价伤害干预效果提供科学依据。方法使用卫生部指定的死因专用软件"DeathReg2005"对"中国疾病预防控制系统"的"死因登记报告信息系统"中的数据进行统计分析,按照国际疾病分类ICD-10进行死因分类,分析居民伤害死亡情况。结果2006-2009年金州区居民伤害死亡率为64.40/10万,标化率为46.63/10万;在全死因顺位中位居第三位,占全死因构成的8.59%;前五位伤害死因依次是交通事故、自杀、意外跌落、运输事故、其他事故;不同年龄段各类伤害的死亡水平和死亡顺位均有差异;伤害死亡是造成我区居民寿命损失的第二位原因。结论伤害是金州区居民的主要死因之一,对劳动力人口的损失影响最为明显。应针对主要的伤害原因全面系统实施人群干预措施,预防控制伤害的发生。

Analysis on Mortality Rate and Cause of Injury among the Urban Residents in JinZhou District during 2006-2009

Objective To understand the mortality rate and cause of the injury in Jinzhou District residents,in order to provide scientific theoretical basis for drawing up effective prevention measures.Methods The Ministry of Health,the death of the designated special software＂DeathReg2005＂right＂China Disease Prevention and Control System＂,＂cause of death registration statement Information System＂in the statistical analysis of the data,according to International Classification of Diseases ICD-10 for cause of death,analysis Residents injury deaths.Results The average injury mortality rate in Jinzhou was 64.40/1, 00000,standard rate was 46.63/1,00000;It was the 5 th-ranked cause of death,accounting for 8.59%of the cause of death posed;The top five causes of death followed by traffic injuries,suicide,accidental falls,transport accidents,other accidents;different age levels of various types of injury deaths and deaths overall are differences;injury deaths are caused by the loss of my second life residents leading cause.Conclusion Injury was one of the main death causes in Jinzhou District residents and was the most important risk factor for the youth.It impolicates that a comprehensive intervention shoud beimplemented timely.
