肺巨噬细胞对卫氏并殖吸虫后尾蚴损伤作用的实验研究

摘    要:通过肺巨噬细胞(AM)酸性磷酸酶生化测定和后尾蚴形态学观察,研究AM对卫氏并殖吸虫后尾蚴的损伤作用。结果:1、卡介苗激活组及囊蚴感染组AM培养液内ACP浓度高于成虫感染组;2、后尾蚴与AM培养后,可见组织结构模糊、呈颗粒样变、皮层局灶性溶解和破碎。AM吞噬后尾蚴排泄颗粒,并可见AM粘附于后尾蚴表面。此粘附现象以加入成虫感染组或囊蚴感染组的血清较为明显。认为:1、AM可损伤后尾蚴,其损伤作用与ACP浓度及AM粘附作用无关;2、AM吞噬后尾蚴排泄囊内的颗粒可诱导宿主对卫氏并殖吸虫的特异性免疫。

Abstract:The, effects of rabbit alveolar macrophagc (AM) under different conditions on metacercaria of Paragonimus westermani ( P.w. ) were studied through the estimation of acid phosphatase ( AC P) in culture medium and the morphological observation of metacercaria and AM. The results were as follows : 1. The concentration of AC P from the medium of AM activated by BCG or metacercaria was higher than that from infected adult worm and normal group. 2. After metacercariae were cultured with AM, they changed into a cloudy granular shape and their tegument disrupted. AM engulfed the excretory particles and adhered to the surface of metacercariae and the adherence could be enhanced by immune serum. It concluded that : 1. AM can damage metacercaria and the damage function has no relation to AC P and the adherence. 2. AM With phagocytosis of the excretory particles may induce the specific immunity against P. w. in host.
