胺碘酮联合镁剂预防急性心肌梗死急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术再灌注心律失常

目的观察胺碘酮联合镁剂(门冬酸钾镁)治疗在急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)前预防急性心肌梗死(AMI)再灌注心律失常的临床疗效。方法167例接受急诊PCI的AMI患者随机分为胺碘酮联合镁剂治疗组(即A组,86例)和常规治疗组(即B组,81例),观察两组患者成功PCI后再灌注心律失常的发生率。结果PCI后A组再灌注心律失常发生率较B组低(12.9%vs24.7%,P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合镁剂预防性应用能有效减少AMI患者PCI后再灌注心律失常的发生率。

Cordarone and magnesium on patients with repurfusion arrhythmia after emergency percutaneous coronary artery intervention

Objective To study the effects of cordarone and magnesium on patients with repurfusion arrhythmia after emergency percutaneous coronary artery intervention(PCI), which was used prophylaxisly. Method 167 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI), who were received emergency PCI,were randomized divided into two groups: Group A had 86 patients who were given cordarone and magnesium for 8 hours arid group B had 81 patients who had no interventions.Observed the repurfusion arrhythmia rate in both groups was observed.Results After PCI,repurfusion arrhythmia rate in group A was 12.9%,and 24.7% in group B. The difference between two groups had statistic significance.Conclusion Cordarone and magnesium can decrease the rate of repurfusion arrhythmia on patients with AMI after emergency PCI.
