儿童支原体肺炎的X线诊断

目的：探讨小儿支原体肺炎的X线表现,提高对本病的认识。方法：搜集经临床和实验室检查证实的小儿支原体肺炎40例X线胸部资料进行分析。结果：本组40例,间质浸润23例,表现为肺纹理增厚、增多、模糊或呈网点状阴影;节段或叶型实质浸润10例;小斑片或扇形浸润型7例,病变自肺门向外呈扇形或放射状延伸。并发肺门淋巴结肿大7例、胸腔积液2例。结论：小儿支原体肺炎X线表现各异,易与细菌和病毒性肺炎相混淆,根据X线征象,结合临床及实验室检查,对早期诊断有重要的意义。

Diagnosis of child mycoplasmal pneumonia by X-ray

Objective： To study X-ray characteristic in child with mycoplasmal pneumonia,increasing the cognition of the sick. Methods：To collect clinical check proof and the laboratory detection in child with mycoplasmal pneumonia in 40 cases,their X-ray chest data were analysed. Results：Interstitial infiltration was in 23 cases,the performance was lungmarking thicken and,increased,misty or shoused net or spot form shadows.segment or big leaf type infiltration is in 10 cases.Small spot or fanshaped infiltration 7 cases.The pathological changes reported outwardly from the lung door fanshaped or the emanation form extends.The lung lymphoid knot swollen and big in 7 cases,the chest accumulates liquid 2 cases. Conclusion：Child mycoplasmal pneumonia shows varied X-ray performance,it is easy to confuse with virus and germ pneumonia mutually,according to the line of X,the combination of clinical and the laboratory checks ,has certain meaning to the earlier period diagnosis.
