| 摘 要： | 张磊教授为国家级名老中医,长于内科杂病的治疗,在长期的临床实践中总结出了临证八法,其中涤浊法是最具特色的治法之一。涤浊法的是在当今社会人们生活水平提高、生活方式改变导致浊阻证增多的背景下产生的,在选方用药上以千金苇茎汤为主方,并根据浊邪所阻脏腑的不同进行相应的化裁、配伍;因为涤浊法为祛邪之法,所以要根据正气的强弱,辅以扶助正气之法,尤其扶助脾胃之气。
