广州地区1976～1995年0～14岁儿童死因调查分析

为了解广州地区儿童死亡原因的变迁规律，我们对广州地区1976～1995年0～14岁儿童死亡原因年报表作了统计分析，揭示了儿童的总死亡率、各主要死亡疾病的死亡率及其构成和死因顺位。结果显示，传染性疾病的死亡率已明显下降，新生儿疾病仍是0～岁组死亡的主要疾病，先天异常逐渐成为1～4岁组的第一位死因，损伤中毒和恶性肿瘤的死亡率在不同的年龄组均逐渐升高并居于5～14组死亡原因的第1～2位。

Mortality Cause Analyses of 1976 to 1995 in Children of 0 to 14 Years Old in Guangzhou District

To evaluate the mortality sense of children in Guangzhou district. We analysed and countedup the mortality report forms of children in Guangzhou district. Mortality data in children of 0 to14 years old in Guangzhou district show: fatality rate of infectious diseases has sharply dropped;but newborn' s diseases are main diseases in children of o year old,congenital disordors have become the first cause of mortality in children of 1 to 4 years old,fatality rate of injury,poison andmagligant tumor has gradually raised in children or every different age and become the first orsecond order of mortality cause in children of 5 to 14 years old.
