| 摘 要： | 我国现有的《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南》（简称《指南》）是在1997年《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治规范（草案）》基础上进行修改的，发表于2002年，对我国慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的防治工作起到积极的推动作用。近年来国内外关于COPD的研究有了长足发展，COPD全球倡议（Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease，GOLD）和美国胸科学会／欧洲呼吸病学会（ATS／ERS）制定的（COPD防治指南》在不断地更新。中华医学会呼吸病学分会COPD学组根据我国相关的研究成果，参照国外资料，在2002年《指南》的框架下进行修改。《指南》修改工作小组在经过反复讨论及广泛征求意见的基础上，制定了我国《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南（2007年修订版）》简称《指南（2007年版）》]。现将修改的主要内容加以说明。
