尘肺合并新型冠状病毒肺炎的若干医学问题思考及建议

目的为尘肺病合并新型冠状病毒肺炎的医学问题提出的思考及建议。方法目前尚无尘肺合并新型冠状病毒肺炎的病例报道,本文基于尘肺医学理论及新型冠状病毒肺炎临床报道对尘肺合并新型冠状病毒肺炎的特点进行分析并提出相应对策建议。结果尘肺患者因肺间质纤维化、免疫力低下等原因成为新型冠状病毒的易感人群,其在临床症状、实验室检查、影像学表现均表现出不典型性,尘肺患者疫情期间的用药、就医、生活等方面应作出相应调整。结论尘肺患者在坚持基础病治疗的同时,需与医护人员一起努力,注重防护,避免感染。

To propose suggestions and thoughts about clinical issues in pneumoconiosis patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia. Methods There were no pneumoconiosis patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia cases which have been reported. This article would analyse the characteristics of pneumoconiosis patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia based on pneumoconiosis medical theory and novel coronavirus pneumonia clinical reports. Results Pneumoconiosis patients would be susceptible to the 2019 novel coronavirus because of pulmonary fibrosis and poor immunity system. It was atypical in symptoms, laboratory tests and imagines. This article would briefly introduce guidance for pneumoconiosis patients in medication, treatment and daily life during the epidemic period. Conclusion Pneumoconiosis patients need to insist on medical treatment, and focus on protection and avoid infection with doctors.
