基于潜在类别分析的广州市城区中小学生含糖饮料摄入与其他饮食行为的关联性研究

摘    要:目的 了解广州市城区中小学生含糖饮料的摄入频次与其他饮食行为的关联,为制定控制含糖饮料消费的措施提供依据。方法 依托广州市中小学生常规体检工作,采用问卷调查收集小学二年级、初一和高一学生含糖饮料摄入情况以及其他饮食行为资料,运用潜在类别分析识别研究对象其他饮食行为的潜在类别,进而比较不同类别间含糖饮料摄入的差异。结果 11 124名调查对象中,30.92%的学生含糖饮料摄入≥3次/周。通过潜在类别分析将其他饮食行为分为4类:饮食行为健康组、饮食行为均不健康组、低蔬菜水果组和高甜食零食组,其潜在类别概率分别为0.6239,0.0430,0.1534和0.1797。4组学生的含糖饮料摄入差异有统计学意义,χ2 = 631.16,P<0.001。进一步两两比较显示饮食行为均不健康组经常喝含糖饮料的率最高(61.92%),饮食行为健康组最低(24.22%),低蔬菜水果组和高甜食零食组介于两者之间(29.64%和47.87%)。结论 广州市中小学生经常喝含糖饮料的比例较高,且与其他不健康的饮食行为有关。

Abstract:To explore the relationship between sugar-sweetened beverage (SSB) consumption with other dietarybehaviors among urban primary and middle school students in Guangzhou, and to provide the basis for reducing SSBconsumption. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted for students in three grades (grade 2, grade 7 and grade 10) andtheir parents to collect data on SSB consumption with other dietary behaviors. Latent class analysis was used to identify thelatent class of other dietary behaviors of the subjects, and then to compare the differences on SSB consumption amongdifferent categories. Results Among the 11124 students, the proportion of consumed SSB frequently (≥3 times/week) was30.92%. Four latent classes were yielded: healthy dietary behavior group, unhealthy dietary behavior group, low vegetableand fruit group, high sweet and snack group. Their potential category probabilities were 0.6239, 0.0430, 0.1534, and 0.1797,respectively. Further pairwise comparisons showed that the rate of frequently consuming SSB was highest in the unhealthydietary behavior group (61.92%), the lowest in the healthy dietary behavior group (24.22%), and the low vegetable and fruitgroup as well as the high sweet and snack group were in between (29.64% and 47.87%). Conclusion The proportion offrequently consuming SSB was high among primary and middle school students in Guangzhou and was associated with otherunhealthy dietary behaviors.
