新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情相关认知、心理和行为:基于大学生-家长的配对研究

摘    要:目的 对大学生及其家长在新冠肺炎爆发期进行新冠肺炎认知、心理和行为调查分析,为高校流感防控提供依据。方法 通过自行设计问卷调查,收集312对大学生及其家长认知、心理和行为等相关信息,采用χ2检验(或t检验)和Kappa分析,比较学生和家长相关因素的差异和一致性;采用多重线性回归分析大学生防护行为的影响因素。结果 (1)与家长相比,大学生信息主要来源于微博,肺炎基本知识得分较低,有抑郁症状的比例较高,对疫情更担心和恐慌,以及口罩正确使用得分较低(P<0.05)。(2)大学生正确使用口罩和综合防护行为的影响因素除了自身相关因素(如疫情关注时间,恐慌,消息主要来源,行为得分)外,还受到其家长相关因素(如疫情关注时间,感知疾病严重性和行为得分)的影响。结论 大学生对新冠肺炎的认知、心理和行为需引起相关部门的重视,加强家庭和学校健康宣教,积极为大学生返校提供疫情防范保障。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to investigate the characteristics of the COVID-19 epidemic-related knowledge, behaviors and psychology status, and influencing factors of protective behaviors among college students and their family members. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey the COVID-19 epidemic-related knowledge,behaviors and psychology status, and 312 pairs of college students and their family members were collected. Chi-square test(or t-test) and Kappa analysis were used to compare the differences and consistency of related factors between students and their family members. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of college students’ protective behavior. Results(1) Compared with family members, the main source of information for college students was microblog.Students had lower score of COVID-19 epidemic-related knowledge, lower score of using mask correctly, higher prevalence of depression, and more worry and panic about epidemic(P<0.05).(2) The influencing factors affecting the correctly using mask and the comprehensive protective behavior of college students were not only related to themselves, but also related to their parents. Conclusion The health education of family and school for college students need more attention, in order to provide guarantee for college students to return to school.
