基于跨理论模型的营养教育在肺癌术后患者中的应用研究——以四川大学华西医院为例

目的 探讨基于跨理论模型的营养教育在肺癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法 采用干预-对照试验，对照组给予常规的营养健康教育；干预组在常规营养教育的基础上给予跨理论模型的营养教育。结果 干预后干预组营养知识、态度、行为维度得分均高于对照组；干预组ALB高于对照组；干预组在功能领域及总体健康水平领域得分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 跨理论模型的营养教育可改善患者营养知识和态度，树立有利于健康的饮食行为，改善肺癌术后患者的生活质量。

Application of nutritional education based on trans-theoretical model on patients after lung cancer surgery

Objective To explore the effect of nutritional education based on the trans-theoretical model on patients after lung cancer surgery. WTHZ]Methods WTBZ]Intervention-control trial methods were used in this study. The control group was given regular diet health education, and the intervention group was given the trans-theoretical model nutrition education. WTHZ]Results WTBZ]The nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior scores of the intervention group were higher than the control group after the intervention. The ALB of the intervention group was higher than the control group. The scores of the intervention group in the functional area and the overall health level were higher than the control group. And the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). WTHZ]Conclusion WTBZ]Nutrition education of cross-theoretical model can improve patients’ nutrition knowledge and attitude, establish healthy eating behaviors and improve their life quality after lung cancer surgery.
