自尊水平在中青年腹膜透析患者家庭功能及应对方式间的中介效应

目的 探析自尊水平在家庭功能和应对方式间的中介效应。方法 采用家庭关怀度指数问卷（APGAR）、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)以及Rosenberg自尊量表(RSES)对245例腹膜透析（Peritoneal Dialysis,PD）患者进行问卷调查。结果 结果显示自尊水平在家庭功能、屈服及面对应对方式起部分中介作用,在家庭功能与回避应对方式不存在中介效用,家庭功能对应对方式中屈服、面对应对方式的直接效应分别为-0.304（-0.397~-0.211）和0.561（0.377~0.744）;通过自尊水平对其屈服、面对应对方式的间接效应分别为-0.165（-0.227~-0.113）和0.079（0.028~0.144）,中介效应占比分别为64.82%和12.34%。结论 家庭功能既可直接增益个体的应对方式,又能通过提升患者自尊水平的方式间接增益应对方式。因此家庭功能及自尊水平同样需给予足够重视,否则家庭功能难以将功效发挥极致。

Mediating effect of self-esteem level on family function and coping styles of young and middle-aged peritoneal dialysis patients

Objective To analyze the mediating effect of self-esteem level between family function and coping style. Methods 245 peritoneal dialysis patients were investigated with APGAR, MCMQ and RSES. Results The results showed that the level of self-esteem played a partial mediating role in family function, submission and coping style, and there was no mediating effect in family function and avoidance coping style. The direct effects of family function correspondence on submission and coping style were-0.304(-0.397--0.211) and 0.561(0.377-0.744), respectively. The indirect effects of self-esteem level on yielding and coping styles were-0.165(-0.227--0.113) and 0.079(0.028-0.144), respectively. And the mediating effects accounted for 64.82% and 12.34%, respectively. Conclusion Family function can not only directly affect individual coping styles, but also indirectly affect coping styles by improving patients’ self-esteem. Therefore, family function and self-esteem level also need to pay enough attention, otherwise the family function is difficult to maximize the effect.
