复方三七护脉汤治疗高血压伴动脉粥样硬化疗效及对血压、血脂的影响

目的观察复方三七复脉汤治疗高血压伴动脉粥样硬化患者的临床疗效及对血压、血脂的影响。方法将安徽省中医院2017年1月—2018年12月接诊的60例高血压伴动脉粥样硬化的患者随机分为对照组和研究组各30例。对照组予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上服用复方三七护脉汤,2组疗程均为12周。对比2组治疗后临床疗效,记录2组治疗前后血压、血脂的变化情况。结果研究组治疗后的临床总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05);2组治疗后SBP、DBP显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论复方三七护脉汤联合西药治疗高血压合并动脉粥样硬化疗效显著,并具有良好的降压、降脂效果。

Efficacy of compound Sanqi Humai decoction on hypertension with atherosclerosis and its effect on blood pressure and blood lipid

Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of compound Sanqi Fumai decoction in the treatment of hypertension with atherosclerosis and its effect on blood pressure and blood lipid.Methods Sixty patients with hypertension and atherosclerosis treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the control group was treated with compound Sanqi Humai decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group.The treatment period of both groups was 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment were compared,and the changes of blood pressure and blood lipid before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the SBP and DBP after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the SBP and DBP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Sanqi Humai decoction combined with western medicine has an obvious curative effect on hypertension with atherosclerosis,and has good antihypertensive and lipid-lowering effects.
