摘    要:目的 综述盐敏感性及其对血压影响的相关研究进展,为盐敏感性高血压的防治奠定理论基础。方法 通过检索PubMed、CNKI等数据库查阅相关文献,汇总资料。结果 盐敏感性个体摄入高盐后通过影响水钠代谢、血管功能及交感神经系统等多条途径引起血压升高。结论 限制盐敏感性个体的盐摄入量,能够预防血压升高;未来的研究还需进一步阐明盐敏感性及其对血压影响的相关机制。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to review the research progress of salt sensitivity and its effect on blood pressure. And it could be a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of salt-sensitive hypertension. Methods The related literatures were searched in PubMed, CNKI and other databases. Results Salt -sensitive individuals with high salt intake could increase blood pressure by affecting water and sodium metabolism, vascular function and sympathetic nervous system. Conclusion Limiting salt intake in salt -sensitive individuals could prevent blood pressure from elevation. Further studies are needed to elucidate the mechanism of salt sensitivity and its effect on blood pressure.
