基于改良德尔菲法的外科医生综合评价指标体系构建研究

目的 构建重庆市外科医生综合评价指标体系。方法 通过文献分析和专家咨询建立初步的评价指标，选择40名专家运用改良德尔菲法进行两轮函询，采用界值法对指标进行筛选，构建重庆市外科医生综合评价指标体系。结果 两轮函询专家积极系数分别为90%、100%，专家平均工作年限为（18.0±8.8）年，权威系数为0.81。两轮指标重要程度评分的协调系数为0.173（P＜0.001）、0.292（P＜0.001），可操作性评分的协调系数为0.191（P＜0.001）、0.187（P＜0.001），得到包含综合素质、业务能力、发展潜能3个一级指标、9个二级指标、49个三级指标的重庆市外科医生综合评价指标体系。结论 构建的重庆市外科医生综合评价指标体系结果可靠，为外科医生人才评价机制改革提供参考数据。

Construction of comprehensive evaluation index system for surgeons based on modified delphi method

To construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for surgeons in Chongqing. Methods Apreliminary evaluation index was established through literature analysis and expert consultation. Using the modified Delphi method，forty experts were selected for two rounds of correspondence，and the boundary value method was used to screen the indexes for a comprehensive evaluation index system for surgeons in Chongqing. Ｒesults The positive coefficients of experts was 90% in the first round and 100% in the second round，the average working years of experts were ( 18. 0 ± 8. 8) years，and the authoritative coefficient was 0. 81. The coordination coefficients of the two rounds of index importance scores were 0. 173 ( P＜ 0. 001) and 0. 292 ( P ＜ 0. 001) ，and the coordination coefficients of the feasibility scores were 0. 191 ( P ＜ 0. 001) and 0. 187 ( P ＜ 0. 001) . Finally，the evaluation indicators included 3 first － level indicators including comprehensive quality，professional competence and development potential，9 second － level indicators and 49 third － level indicators. Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation index system of surgeons in Chongqing is reliable and provides reference data for the talent evaluation system reform of surgeons.
