贵州省慢性呼吸疾病适宜技术推广满意度影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 分析贵州省呼吸疾病适宜技术推广满意度的影响因素,据此调整后续推广工作以提高推广满意度。方法 以问卷形式,采用分层随机抽样方法调查584名被推广者,通过SPSS 22.0处理数据,使用单因素分析和logistic回归分析方法分析数据。结果 被推广者满意度的影响因素有培训时间、培训项目数、培训方式、培训次数、单位重视度。培训时间少的被推广者满意度是培训时间多的0.089倍(OR=0.089,95%CI:0.016~0.499),培训项目数少的被推广者满意度是培训项目数多的0.112倍(OR=0.112,95%CI:0.041~0.307),接受大型讲座的被推广者满意度是接受集中培训的0.116倍(OR=0.116,95%CI:0.014~0.972),接受同事教学的被推广者满意度是集中培训的0.045倍(OR=0.045,95%CI: 0.004~0.461),培训次数少的被推广者满意度是培训次数多的0.064倍(OR=0.064,95%CI:0.028~0.148),单位不重视的被推广者满意度是单位重视的0.075倍(OR=0.075,95%CI:0.030~0.187)。结论 可通过适当增加培训时间和次数、培训项目多样化、多种培训方式相结合、政府使用政策手段提高单位重视度等方式来提高被推广者满意度。

Abstract:To analyze the influencing factors of the satisfaction about promotion of appropriate respiration technologyin Guizhou Province,and to adjust the follow - up work of promoting,so as to improve the promotional satisfaction. MethodsStratified sampling was used to investigate 584 generalized by questionnaires. SPSS 22. 0 was used to process the data. Single- factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results Influencing factors of satisfactionwere training time,the number of the training projects,the way of training,training frequency and the degree of emphasis ofthe hospital’s leaders. The satisfaction of less training time was 0. 089 times of more training time ( OR = 0. 089,95% CI:0. 016 ~ 0. 499) . The satisfaction of less training project was 0. 112 times more of training projects ( OR = 0. 112,95% CI:0. 041 ~ 0. 307) . The satisfaction of accepting intensive training was 0. 116 times of accepting large - scale lectures ( OR =0. 116,95% CI: 0. 014 ~ 0. 972) . The satisfaction of accepting colleague’s teaching was 0. 045 times of large - scale lecture( OR = 0. 045,95% CI: 0. 004 ~ 0. 461) . The satisfaction of the lower training frequency was 0. 064 times of higher trainingfrequency ( OR = 0. 064,95% CI: 0. 028 ~ 0. 148) . The satisfaction of lower degree of emphasis of the hospital’s leaders was0. 075 times of higher degree ( OR = 0. 075,95% CI: 0. 030 ~ 0. 187) . Conclusion We can improve satisfaction by increasingtraining time,increasing training frequency,diversifying training programs,combining various training ways,and using policymeans to improve the attention of hospital leaders.
