摘    要:目的 建立工作场所空气中氨的硅胶管采集-连续流动分析测定方法。 方法 工作场所空气中氨用酸性硅胶管短时间采样,经0.01mol/L硫酸溶液超声洗脱,取洗脱液用连续流动分析仪测定。结果 硅胶管平均洗脱效率为97%,方法线性范围0.02mg/L~5.0mg/L,相关系数0.9996,检出限0.008mg/L,以采集7.5L空气计,方法的最低检出浓度为0.011mg/m3,相对标准偏差0.56%~2.95%,加标回收率96.0%~102.3%。结论 该方法操作简单、准确、灵敏,自动化程度高,抗干扰能力强,尤其适用于大批量样品测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a silicone tube sampling combined with continuous flow analysis method for the determination of ammonia in workplace air. Methods Ammonia in the air of workplace was collected with acidic silicone tube and detected by continuous flow analyzer after ultrasonically elution with 0.01 mol/L sulfuric acid. Results The average elution efficiency was 97%, and the linear range of the method was 0.02 mg/L to 5.0 mg/L, with the correlation coefficient of 0.9996. The detection limit was 0.008 mg/L, and the lowest detection concentration of the method was 0.011 mg/m3 when 7.5 L of air was collected. The relative standard deviations were from 0.56% to 3.00%, and the recovery rates ranged from 96.0% to 102.3%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive, highly automated and has strong anti-interference ability, and it is especially suitable for the determination of ammonia in large batch of samples.
