The Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) and the social support rating scale (SSRS) wereused to assess the resilience of medical staff and the degree of psychological support they received in social life, as well asthe utilization of support. T test or one-way ANOVA were performed, SPSS19.0 software was used for analysis, and the testlevel α=0.05. Results A total of 253 medical staff were included, and the total score of CD-RICS was (68.25±15.25). Totalresilience scale score (F=3.979, P=0.020), strength dimension score (F=3.781, P=0.024) and tenacity dimension score (F=4.130, P=0.017) are associated with professional title, total resilience scale score (F=2.791, P=0.041), strength dimension score (F=2.693, P=0.047) and tenacity dimension score (F=2.824, P=0.039) are associated with the risk of infection, thestrength dimension score (F=3.419, P=0.034) was significantly correlated with years of work, the scores of medical workerswho had disaster or epidemic relief experience or training drills were higher than those who had not received them (t=1.969,P=0.050), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total score of the SSRS was (41.25±8.55), the totalscore of social support rating scale (F=3.932, P=0.019), objective support score (F=2.921, P=0.035) and subjective supportscore (F=3.341,P=0.020) were significantly associated with age, the total score of social support rating scale (F=9.045, P<0.001), objective support score (F=10.996,P<0.001) and subjective support score (F=7.227, P=0.001) were significantly associated with marital status, the total scores of social support (F=3.544, P=0.030) and subjective support (F=4.193, P=0.016)were significantly associated with years of work, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
