河北省中年人睡眠质量及生活方式、生活习惯因素的影响分析

摘    要:目的 了解河北省中年人群睡眠质量现状及生活方式、生活习惯因素的影响。方法 采用年龄分层抽样的方法抽取6 216名中年人,使用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数和自编一般情况量表对样本进行调查,分析生活方式、生活习惯因素对睡眠质量的影响。χ2检验进行单因素分析,多因素分析采用二元logistic回归分析。结果 睡眠质量好者4 565人(74.3%),低睡眠质量者1 583人(25.7%)。男性(OR = 0.543,P<0.001)、文化程度较高(中学及以上OR = 0.802,P<0.001,大专及以上OR = 0.371,P<0.001)、与亲属同住(OR = 0.558,P = 0.040)、家庭收入较高(家庭年收入<3万元OR = 0.751,P<0.001,家庭年收入3~8万元OR = 0.546,P<0.001,家庭年收入8~30万元OR = 0.474,P<0.001)、不饮酒(OR = 0.764,P<0.001)、不饮茶(OR = 0.754,P<0.001)、饮食口味适中(OR = 0.816,P = 0.004)、有业余爱好(OR = 0.872,P = 0.029)、体育锻炼(每周1~2次及以上OR = 0.582,P = 0.002,每周3~5次OR = 0.712,P = 0.027,每周≥6次OR = 0.745,P = 0.001)是河北省中年人睡眠质量的保护因素;未婚(OR = 2.633,P<0.001)、离异(OR = 0.1.713,P = 0.003)、丧偶(OR = 2.235,P<0.001)、家庭主妇(OR = 2.552,P = 0.040)、不饮奶(OR = 1.254,P = 0.021)、饮食偏素(OR = 1.188,P = 0.030)是危险因素。结论 中年人平时应注意放松心情,养成良好的生活习惯和方式,促进睡眠健康。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The purpose of this study was investigating the sleeping quality and its influence factors in living habits and lifestyle among the middle-aged people in Hebei Province. Methods A total of 6,216 middle-aged people aged 45-59were selected by age stratified sampling. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the self-compiled general situation scale were used to investigate the samples and analyze the influence of living habits and lifestyle factors on sleep quality. Single factor analysis was performed using χ2 test, and binary logistic regression was used for multivariate analysis. Results The subjects with good sleep quality were 4,565 (74.3%), while the subjects with low sleep quality were 1,583 (25.7%). Male(OR=0.543, P<0.001), higher education level (middle school and above OR=0.802, P<0.001, college and above (OR=0.371, P<0.001), living with relatives (OR=0.558, P=0.040), higher family income (annual household income <30,000 yuan OR=0.751,P<0.001, annual household income 30,000-80,000 yuan OR=0.546, P<0.001), family annual income: (80,000-300,000 yuan OR=0.474, P<0.001), no drinking (OR=0.764, P<0.001), no drinking of tea (OR=0.754, P<0.001), moderate diet taste (OR=0.816, P=0.004), hobbies (OR=0.872, P=0.029), physical exercise (1-2 times or more per week OR=0.582, P=0.002, 3-5times per week OR=0.712, P=0.027, ≥6 times per week OR=0.745, P=0.001) were the protective factor of sleep quality in middle-aged people in Hebei Province. Unmarried (OR=2.633, P<0.001), divorced (OR=0.1.713, P=0.003), widowed (OR=2.235, P<0.001), housewife (OR=2.552, P=0.040), not drinking milk (OR=1.254, P=0.021), and diet preference (OR=1.188, P=0.030) were risk factors. Conclusion Middle-aged people should pay attention to relaxing at ordinary times, developing good living habits, promoting sleep health.
