摘    要:目的建立同时检测奶茶和果茶中10种食品添加剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法样品用氨水调pH至中性,经50%甲醇沉淀,涡旋振荡2 min,上清液经0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤后进样。以甲醇-乙酸铵溶液为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,目标化合物在C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)上实现了分离,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果方法检出限在0.010~0.080 mg/L之间。奶茶样品的回收率在81.2%~107.9%之间,相对标准偏差为0.16%~2.86%;果茶样品的回收率在82.5%~105.4%范围内,相对标准偏差为0.28%~3.78%。结论方法简单快速,灵敏准确,适用于奶茶和果茶中常见10种食品添加剂的同时测定。结果表明,不同价位的网红奶茶和果茶均有部分添加剂检出,但均未超过国家卫生限量。

Abstract:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 10 food additives in milk tea and fruit tea by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) . Methods The sample was adjusted to pH = 7 with ammonia,then precipitated with 50% methanol,and finally vortex mixed for 2 min. After filtering through a 0. 22 μm microporous filter,the supernatant was injected into HPLC for analysis. Gradient elution was applied for separation using methanol - ammonium acetate solution as the mobile phase. The target compounds were separated on a C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) ,and detected by a diode array detector. Results The detection limits of the method were 0. 010 - 0. 080 mg /L. The average recoveries of milk tea samples were 81. 2% ~ 108% ,and the relative standard deviations ( RSDs) were 0. 160% - 2. 86% .The average recoveries of fruit tea samples were in the range of 82. 5% - 105% ,and the RSDs were 0. 280% - 3. 78% .Conclusion The method is simple,fast,sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 10 common food additives in milk tea and fruit tea. It is found that some additives are detected in popular milk teas and fruit tea sat different prices,but none exceed the national hygienic limits.
