中文营养类APP现状及评价指标体系研究进展

本文对近年来中文营养类APP现状及其评价指标体系调研发现，第三方应用APP用户数量迅猛增长的背后，却很少有研究从质量和内容的角度对健康管理类APP进行科学评价，营养类APP的评价在国内更是空白，营养类APP整体质量偏低，错误信息及谣言充斥其中。通过文献回顾认为，现有中文营养类APP总体质量不高，大部分中文营养类APP对膳食指南依从性较差，很多APP没有基本膳食和营养内容，菜单设计上未考量适合我国居民饮食文化习惯的菜谱。未来应以《中国居民膳食指南》为依据，建立更多符合指南标准的高质量中文营养类APP及评价指标体系，为APP开发提供技术路径和指导意见。

Research progress on current situation and evaluation index system of applications about nutrition in Chinese

Objective To investigate the current situation of Chinese nutrition APPs and its evaluation index system in recent years. It was found that few studies have made a scientific evaluation index system for health management APPs from the perspectives of quality and content, while the number of Apps’ users was increasing rapidly. Literature review was used to find that there wasn’t any evaluation index system for Chinese nutrition APPs in China, and the overall quality of Chinese nutrition APPs was low. Most of the Chinese nutrition APPs had poor compliance on the dietary guidelines, and had no basic content about dietary food and nutrition. The recipe design did not consider suitable for Chinese residents’ diet habits. Errors and rumors were filled with them. Based on the Chinese Dietary Guidelines, the evaluation index system of Chinese nutrition APPs should be established as soon as possible, in order to provide technical path and guidance for its future development.
