经尿道等离子前列腺电切术与前列腺剜除术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效对比

目的对比经尿道等离子前列腺电切术PKRP与经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术(PKEP)治疗前列腺增生(BPH)临床疗效。方法选择2018年6月~2019年6月我院收治的BPH患者94例临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为两组各47例。电切术组行PKRP治疗,剜除术组行PKEP治疗。统计对比两组手术时长、置留导尿管时长、术中失血量、前列腺切除量、住院时长、随访6个月疗效、并发症发生率及复发率。结果随访6个月,两组总有效率对比,剜除术组95.74%(45/47)高于电切术组76.60%(36/47)(P<0.05);剜除术组手术、导尿管置留、住院时长短于电切术组,术中失血量少于电切术组,前列腺切出量多于电切术组(P<0.05);剜除术组术后并发症发生率、复发率低于电切术组(P<0.05)。结论与PKRP相比,PKEP治疗BPH效果更为显著,能明显改善临床病状,缩短恢复进程,降低复发率及术后并发症发生率。

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy between Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection of Prostate and Transurethral Plasmakinetic Enucleation of Prostatein the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective To compare the clinical efficacybetween Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate(PKRP)and Transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of prostate(PKEP)in the treatment ofbenign prostatic hyper?plasia(BPH).Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with BPH in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 47 cases in each group.PKRPwas performed in the resection group andPKEP was performed in the enucleation group.Statistical compari?son was made between the two groups in terms ofThe operation time,indwelling catheter time,intraoperative blood loss,prostatectomy volume,hospitalizationtime,curative effect of 6 months follow-up,incidence of complica?tions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of follow-up,the total ef?fective rate of enucleation group was 95.74%(45/47)higher than that of resection group(76.60%(36/47))(P<0.05);The operationtime,indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time of enucleation group were shorter than those of resection group,intraoperative blood loss was less than that of electric resection group,and prostatecto?my volume was more than that of electric resection group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate of enucleation group were lower than those of resection group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared withPKRP,PKEPis more effective in the treatment of BPH,which can significantly improve the operation condi?tion,shorten the recovery process,reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of postoperative complications.
