补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤治疗2型糖尿病疗效及对血脂、炎性因子的影响

目的观察补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤治疗2型糖尿病疗效及对血脂、炎性因子的影响。方法将2015年10月—2016年5月在承德医学院附属医院治疗的120例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,对照组60例给予盐酸二甲双胍肠溶+阿卡波糖治疗,观察组60例则在对照组基础上加用补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤治疗,2组疗程均为12周。比较2组近期疗效和药物安全性情况,观察2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)、血脂指标、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化情况。结果观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后FPG、HbA1c、FINS、TC、TG、LDL-C、HOMA-IR及CRP水平均显著降低(P均<0.05),HDL-C和HOMA-β水平均显著提高(P均<0.05),且观察组以上指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组不良反应均较少。结论补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤治疗2型糖尿病能够有效提高降糖效果,明显改善胰岛素抵抗状态,并可调节血脂代谢,减轻炎症反应,且安全。

Curative effect of Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang decoction on type 2 diabetes mellitus and effect on blood lipid and inflammatory factors

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang decoction on type 2 diabetes mellitus and effect on blood lipid and inflammatory factors.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into 2 groups.60 patients in the control group were treated with metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated capsule+acarbose,and 60 patients in the observation group were treated with Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang decoction based on the control group,both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The short-term efficacy and drug safety of the two groups were compared,and the changes of levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting serum insulin(FINS),blood lipid indexes,insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),isletβcell function index(HOMA-β)and C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of FPG,HbA1c,FINS,TC,TG,LDL-C,HOMA-IR,and CRP were significantly reduced after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the levels of HDL-C and HOMA-βwere significantly increased(P<0.05),and the improvement of the above indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups had fewer adverse reactions.Conclusion Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang decoction can effectively improve the hypoglycemic effect,significantly improve insulin resistance,and regulate blood lipid metabolism,reduce inflammation and is safe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
