摘    要:目的 总结营养状态和膳食因素(膳食质量、食物及营养素摄入量)对癌因性疲乏的影响。方法 通过“营养素”、“食物”“PG - SGA”、“膳食质量”、“癌因性疲乏”等中文关键词及对应的英文关键词在CNKI、pubmed等数据库中进行文献检索。结果 PG - SGA评分、体重、血红蛋白水平等营养状况指标与癌因性疲乏相关,膳食质量较高者的疲乏程度较低;癌因性疲乏的程度与每日脂肪供能比及n - 6多不饱和脂肪酸与n - 3多不饱和脂肪酸的比例成正相关,与每日碳水化合物和膳食纤维摄入量成反比;抗炎、抗氧化物干预是否能够改善癌因性疲乏的结论不一致,尚需要更多的研究进行探讨。结论 营养状态与癌因性疲乏有关。膳食质量越高,疲乏程度越轻。补充以抗炎、抗氧化为主的食物或营养补充剂是否可以缓解癌因性疲乏尚需进一步研究。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to summarize the effects of nutritional status, dietary factors(dietary quality,food and nutrient intake) on cancer-related fatigue. Methods The Chinese keywords such as "nutrients", "food", "PG-SGA", "dietary quality", "cancer-related fatigue" and the corresponding English keywords were searched in CNKI, pubmed and other databases. Results The nutritional status indexes such as PG-SGA score, body weight and hemoglobin level were correlated with cancer-related fatigue, and the degree of fatigue was lower in patients with higher dietary quality. The degree of cancer-related fatigue was positively correlated with daily fat supply ratio and the ratio of n6 polyunsaturated fatty acids to n3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, and inversely proportional to daily carbohydrate and dietary fiber intake. Whether anti-inflammatory and antioxidant intervention could improve cancer-related fatigue was inconsistent, which needs to be discussed in more studies. Conclusion Nutritional status was related to cancer-related fatigue. The higher the dietary quality, the lighter the degree of fatigue. Whether the supplement of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant foods or nutritional supplements can alleviate cancer-related fatigue needs to be further studied.
